I still know people who love Liefield. Even as a kid I used to think he was like a Todd McFarlane who had never seen a human body before and was trying to draw one from other people's descriptions. I'll never forget a New Mutants he did where Colossus's sister (whatever her name was) had her knee bent backwards, huge quads, a midsection that Olive Oil would find disturbing, and additional forearm muscles. I would just stare at it wondering how it possibly made it into a comic book.

Also, this:

From the nostalgic funk/disco jam "September" to the gloriously dope "In the Stone", Earth Wind and Fire was just shy of Kool and the Gang in the hot jams department, which is VERY fucking impressive in my book. Songwriter/founder Maurice White was one funky motherfucker, but alas, Parkinson's Disease took it's long, slow toll on him and he finally passed this week. RIP to a great songwriter.

Very interesting story about his training for his first UFC this summer.

"Twenty-five minutes after I first shake his hand, I realize how seriously the former WWE Champion and current UFC fighter takes himself. And just how frustrated he is with people who question his resolve, or ask him to deconstruct it."

Former ECW wrestler Axl Rotten has died from mysterious causes today. While heavily into drugs in his past, he was wheelchair-bound over the past few years and was suffering from other physical problems. It is a shame because as a hardcore wrestler he could still do some actual wrestling moves. He was first known to be in a tag team with Ian Rotten in ECW during the mid-90s, then they turned on one another and did a bunch of glass matches until Ian was fired. After that, Axl and Balls Mahoney became a team and stayed with ECW until 1999, when Axl became a journeyman wrestler.

It's fantastic. The planted evidence, the shitty police work, the railroading of the special needs nephew.

So is anyone else watching this excellent crime documentary on Netflix? As a true crime buff I have to say that this is one of the best documentaries I've ever seen. It's as addictive and compelling as any fictional thriller. I don't want to give too many of my thoughts as spoiling it would ruin some of the fun, but if you haven't watched it, I can't recommend it more. Oh and if you hate cops, be prepared to hate 'em even more.

I think the term flat earther could apply there as well. Same with people who believe in UFOs or Yeti.

What about someone who believes in ghosts or spirits outside of any religion? Like a haunting?
